clean room helpful staff great location
the room was clean i found the service nice the staff were happy to help me the breakfast was good the same food was served every day the coffee was nice they keep your luggage safe i was very impressed i will come back next year insha allah. the location is great a walk to al haram takes approximately 7 to 10 minutes. breakfast was fantastic the staff were very good
there was no water or tea and coffee in the room

excellent value convenient location really good service
The hotel offered excellent value. the location was convenient with many nearby food shops. arif hussain was especially hospitable, providing really good service. I found his kindness amazing.
The shower space was a bit tight. It was difficult to move comfortably. the bathroom was small, presenting a minor inconvenience .

Housekeeping offered services daily. I always returned to a tidy room. prayer congregations gathered near the hotel entrance, a helpful feature for punctual prayer attendance. bus and taxi services were readily accessible near the doorstep.

the hotel was approximately a 10-15 minute walk from the haram, very manageable. numerous shops were close by, made purchasing necessities simple. the accessibility simplified my daily journeys!

spacious room proper air-condition helpful staff
the room was spacious and well lighted the air-condition worked properly housekeeping service was good. the location is quite near to al haram. the staff was very helpful and polite.
showers and bathrooms toilet were very small and looked old.
