the room was clean i found the service nice the staff were happy to help me the breakfast was good the same food was served every day the coffee was nice they keep your luggage safe i was very impressed i will come back next year insha allah. the location is great a walk to al haram takes approximately 7 to 10 minutes. breakfast was fantastic the staff were very good

The hotel offered excellent value. the location was convenient with many nearby food shops. arif hussain was especially hospitable, providing really good service. I found his kindness amazing.
The shower space was a bit tight. It was difficult to move comfortably. the bathroom was small, presenting a minor inconvenience .
