the staff were very friendly. lorna was particularly helpful and friendly, which i appreciated. the room was adequate for what i needed and clean. the location was great, very central.
after i had already paid, i received an email telling me that i would need photo id to check in! i don't have photo id. the bathroom door was glass, which wasn't ideal. there was no natural light.

checking in early was possible. staff members are very kind. the location is central with a tesco nearby. cleanliness was quite good, and both check in and check out proved straightforward.

staff members are helpful and helps guests with lost items. alesha, zeki, paul, ky, lorna, hayden, heather and all housekeeping staff are kind. the staff are friendly. the maintenance fixed lights quickly.

there is no restaurant but a tesco store is close by, should provide some convenience for food shopping. i could buy a simple meal. the tesco is just around the corner from the hotel.

the location is near the town center, this allows easy access to many shops. it is situated in a very good area, offering many possibilities for excursions. the location is near portman road.

I appreciated the friendly staff. Alesha, Zeki, Paul, KY, Lorna, Hayden, Heather and all housekeeping staff were very kind and helpful (especially since I am on wheelchair). Check-in was easy. I received free towels at the reception.
The lack of a window in the room made it very dark after turning off the lights, and I could not adjust to the darkness without leaving the lights on.
