cute staff tidy room great selection
The staff was cute and knowledgeable. My room was tidy and comfortable with nice furnishings. The bar selection was great. I especially enjoyed the Estrella Galicia on tap.

spacious room good service damp smell poor pressure
the room was spacious and it had everything i needed for my stay. i found the staff very friendly and helpful upon my arrival, their customer service was really good.
The room smelled like damp or mold, it wasn't pleasant. also, the shower pressure was not good. It made showering difficult.

road noise poor sound insulation
The staff were friendly and helpful .
My room faced a busy road and I could hear traffic all night. The window was to be single glazed and offered little sound insulation. The noise made it difficult to sleep well despite my exhaustion.

large car park friendly staff easy check-in
My room included coffee and tea, replenished daily. The hotel has a large car park. Check-in was easy, and the staff were friendly (always a plus!). I found the breakfast very good before I left.
The decorative soft furnishings in the room were old and clearly not maintained, a shame.

The car park is a good size and easily accessible for all guests. There are designated smoking areas away from the building entrances and clearly signposted. The reception area is well kept with comfortable seating.
