i had a really nice experience. the room included a coffee machine , made decent coffee. the breakfast was really good with homemade marmalade that was a real treat. i also received a sandwich to take with me since i had to leave early.
The room was tiny and up a very awkward staircase. It was difficult to carry my luggage.

The hotel provides special door access needing to leave early. there are no room keys. Access is managed through codes. the building retains original brick and beams adding to its character.

breakfast featured homemade marmalade that was really good. top quality food is served. the breakfast was well thought out. the inn provides takeaway breakfast when guests depart early which is a nice touch.

The staff was friendly. They provided great advice on travel plans. the host was really good. i received a packed lunch because i was leaving before breakfast. the staff is very cute.

the room was beautiful. the rooms retain original brick and beams, but have modern comfort. the rooms have modernized comfort. everything was exactly as expected, reassuring.

the inn is in the middle of the historic town. it is near the quay. there are lovely walks along the shore. it is a super location for leaving the uk by boat.

The room was very comfortable, I found everything I needed.
I was quite disappointed. The shower was not draining well and the bathroom floor flooded after a short time. the noise from the street at night made it difficult to sleep..

i found the feel of the place very english. it resembled a movie set. the staff definitely matched this vibe. the evening meal was delicious. the bed was very comfortable.
my room was tiny. it was located up a very awkward staircase. carrying luggage was difficult. it was a hot night and the room was far too hot because of the lack of window space. a fan was available but it was very noisy to sleep with.
