the staff helped me get parked, also they helped me get checked in. the room was clean. it was well situated for access to the middle of the city.
the room was hot and had no temperature control, other than opening a window. it did not feel safe to leave the window open while sleeping, as the windows were easily accessible from outside. the parking is free, but access requires skill because the driveway is very narrow.

The room was clean and the staff helped with parking.
The room lacked hooks in the bedroom or bathroom. There was nowhere to hang clothes. The towel rail was cold, so towels stayed wet. The low ceiling above the door stairs was a hazard. My husband hit his head badly because there was no warning notice.
