the location was convenient, a definite plus. i found the staff helpful and friendly. the breakfast provided was filling and set me up for the day. the value for money was excellent.
the room was fairly basic, although clean, it could use a little updating to feel fresher.

the location was central. it was easy to walk to nearby attractions.
The room was quite small. It felt cramped. the heating system made a consistent humming noise throughout the night. it was difficult to sleep well because of this constant sound. I wish i had brought earplugs.

The location was fantastic. it was so convenient to walk to all the nearby shops and attractions. breakfast was great both mornings. I particularly loved the full english option! the room had a fan, important because it was a warm night. i found it thoughtful.
the noise from a nearby fan duct was noticeable. it came on every 20 minutes, made sleep difficult. earplugs may have helped..
