The staff are very helpful at reception. I appreciate that the hotel is only a short walk to the tube station. It is a great value.
The pillows on the bed were way too flat. There was so much noise from the people upstairs. I hardly slept because of this.

The location is very convenient. Underground, Overground and train stations are within a short walk (less than 400m). Several shops, cafes, and restaurants are also nearby. The room was spacious and very clean. I appreciated the fresh linen provided daily.
The room was located on the ground floor. I experienced noise from people above and around me and heard doors slamming, disruptive.

the location was quite handy for using trains and other public transport. there were also many shops nearby. the room featured two door entry (this really reduced noise). the bathroom was clean.
I found the room a bit cold. the heating wasn't working correctly, i noticed. a small heater was provided, but it didn't really help. there was no shower gel in the room. Handwash was present, but shower gel had to be requested from reception.

The location was excellent, with easy access to bus and metro stops. I found this very useful. lola bakery's discount arrangement was a nice perk. I enjoyed a sweet treat. the usb charging option in the room was a great convenience. I used it every night. housekeeping happened daily. I appreciated that.
The room felt slightly dated. I think it could use some refreshing.

The location offered great access to transportation and local shops. The room was clean and well-kept . Communication with the staff via WhatsApp was efficient and helpful. They responded quickly to any inquiries I had.
The room felt a bit dated and could benefit from some updates. It was adequate for the price though.

the location is convenient.. it's near multiple stores. the staff were friendly and helpful when i asked questions. the room included a good shower and heating facilities. check-in and check-out were very organised.
The pillows felt lumpy and the bed wasn't very comfortable. i could hear a lot of noise from upstairs. It sounded like creaking floors. the windows were not double glazed. this meant i could hear the trains at the rear of the hotel.
