The staff welcomed me warmly upon arrival. Ali provided clear entry and exit information. My room had a sizable Smart TV and a very comfortable bed. The shared bathroom, though shared, remained as clean as possible.

The walls were quite thin, allowing sound to travel easily from neighboring rooms.

The room was spacious, and i found a clean set of fresh towels. the location was really convenient with easy access to a nearby tube station. plus, the staff was very friendly and helpful . They provided prompt service.

The soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear some noise from neighboring rooms.

The photos were definitely misleading. The room felt more like a hostel, honestly. The shared bathroom was especially grim. It seemed like they could easily improve the guest experience if they invested some money and time into the rooms, ESPECIALLY the bathroom.
