AMAZING Location and Friendly Staff!

The front desk staff were REALLY helpful and friendly. I checked in early and they stored my luggage with NO issues. The room included coffee and tea making facilities, super convenient. The bathroom was clean. the shower worked GREAT!

The stairs to my room were a bit narrow.

The hotel is in a GREAT location near many shops and restaurants. It is also within walking distance of the underground station. I found it VERY convenient to get around and explore the surrounding area because the bus stop is located right in front of the hotel.

The room was clean with fresh towels provided daily, and the building seemed quiet. I had no issues with noise , and the WiFi connection was strong. Beds are comfortable, so you can rest after exploring the city.

The staff was AMAZING and always available to provide assistance and advice, offering local tips and information. The receptionist was kind and professional. They are very attentive to guests needs.

The staff were helpful .

My room was quite small. There was very little space to move around the bed. The bathroom cleanliness was also below par. I observed limescale buildup and other marks on the surfaces. This, certainly not ideal.

the location was fairly convenient.

The room was small. There was barely space to move around. more frustrating was the poor ventilation. It felt stuffy the entire time. the bathroom fan did not work, so moisture lingered, and i spotted mold on the walls. Not great at all.

the location proved convenient with easy access to victoria station i found the staff accommodating allowing me to store my luggage after checkout for a few hours this was particularly helpful as i explored the area without cumbersome bags the room also had effective blackout curtains ensuring a good night's sleep. i also found several nearby options for breakfast making the mornings easy

the staircase to my room was narrow which was a bit challenging with luggage
