friendly staff comfortable room
the location is great near shops and richmond green I liked the friendly staff. My room was quite comfortable the price was right. I found free parking to be a big bonus.
the room had a slight cigarette smell the hairdryer also burnt out. The room looked a little rundown I think.

The staff was super friendly. They was also helpful . The room was clean. I found the shower to be very decent .
I finded the bedroom to be in a poor state. I saw mould was on one of the walls. Some of the bedside lights was not working .

The location is very close to the train station and several shops. The staff were accommodating and very nice. The room had a fan in it, very useful.

I found the staff very cute upon arrival. My room was clean, and the bed offered adequate comfort. The room had a kettle for tea (I enjoyed a cup each evening!). Parking availability added great value to my visit.
The window coverings did not fully block the morning light.

the location is great and a short five minute walk to the station. the staff were friendly and helpful. my room was clean and the bed comfortable, also tea kettle in the room! it was exactly what i was looking for.
