the triple room had a fridge. i found the breakfast included great choices like waffles. also, the luggage storage was available after checkout. it helped.
the stairs were quite narrow. it was hard to move with a suitcase.

The staff were friendly. They greeted everyone warmly in the mornings. the manager, fiorentina, had a lovely smile. i really appreciated her positive attitude and it set a good tone for the day, we loved that

The staff at reception were friendly (I liked their professional attitude). The breakfast offered a good choice of hot food and fruit. The location proved very convenient, close to Paddington with an express service to Heathrow airport. I found the price matched the quality.
The walls seemed thin. I could hear quite a bit.
