i found the location very convenient, close to the tube station. the staff readily arranged transport when i needed it. the front entry staff were helpful and pleasant (i especially appreciated the quick check-in).
the breakfast area felt a bit cramped during peak hours.

The location is great, very close to hyde park (a few steps away, really). the breakfast included croissants and yogurts. There was a coffee machine with different options. the room featured a modern bathroom, and i appreciated the large towels.
