I found the staff cute AND helpful. The location proved convenient with nearby transportation. The room provided A kettle with tea and coffee, super. I also benefited from a 24-hour front desk.
The room WAS a tad small, but perfectly functional.

While the hotel did not have a restaurant, MANY cafés and restaurants were within a short walk. This provided ample choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I ate at a lovely Italian restaurant just around the corner.

the location proved very convenient near plenty of shops and Hyde park. i found the check-in process easy and the staff were friendly. the room had a kettle, which i appreciated. it was a pleasant surprise to have easy access to nearby attractions.
the shower water didn't drain away quickly enough, so showers had to be short. decor definitely needs some updating as it looked a bit worn. the room felt quite small, especially with luggage.

The location was acceptable given its proximity to public transport.
The room was not clean on arrival I found discarded items under the bed. The bathroom had noticeable mould and the shower fitting was broken. Noise from the hallway made sleep difficult due to poor door insulation.

the hotel is near paddington station, a short walk of about ten minutes. staff at the front desk were approachable and helpful (i especially appreciated their help with my luggage). the location proved quiet and accessible. the bed was comfortable in my room.
i found that the facilities were quite basic. there was no air conditioning or fan available, a notable absence .

the receptionist was very helpful and understanding. i travelled with a baby, so he made sure our room was suitable. the room was on the first floor and warm, with easy access to facilities. the location was clean, safe, and right next to hyde park.
The room was small, but functional. the bathroom was barely a cupboard. changing clothes in there was almost impossible. This was an issue.
