i found the staff very friendly and helpful. they arranged a breakfast tray for my early departure and booked a taxi. the location was advantageous, a short walk to underground stations. i appreciated that the breakfast was freshly cooked.

the small room was quite expensive for the two nights. i probably could have booked earlier and found a substantially cheaper option.

The breakfast was seriously amazing!!! i mean, the choice and amount were just very nice. the location is great. It's a short walk to king's cross, euston, and st pancras stations, so getting around is super easy. the staff were also really helpful and friendly. .!!

The location proved convenient. It was near the stations I needed.

The room got too hot. There was no air conditioning, and I couldn't adjust the temperature even though it was not summer. The shower was not great. The water pressure was weak, and the temperature fluctuated a lot.
