efficient stay
easy access convenient bar excellent service modern shower
i appreciated the location it provided easy access to restaurants and public transport the hotel was noticeably quiet and i found the bar very convenient the staff at reception delivered excellent service. the room had a setup that impressed me especially the modern shower design
i noticed decorative cushions had visible stains this detracted slightly from the overall cleanliness of the room i found this minor issue to be the only real downside

my room included large bath towels a kettle for tea and coffee and sufficient space the soundproofing was effective there were no disturbances the king-sized bed was very comfortable

the check-in process was efficient the staff were helpful and accommodating they addressed my queries promptly and professionally their assistance made my stay much simpler ensuring i had everything needed

convenient location quick walk nice lounge continental style meal
I found the hotel very conveniently located. It was a quick walk from the train station and various restaurants. The lounge area was nice. The breakfast included many items for a continental style meal.
The room lacked bedside tables. I also noted some noise from bars nearby during night hours.

lovely stay
accommodating staff friendly staff high floor room central location
the staffs were very accommodating and friendly. they really ensure i had a amazing stay. the hotel gave me a high floor room. it has great city views. the location was so central, i walked everywhere without problems.
the room's air conditioning wasn't great. it struggled to keep the room cool on a warm day. that was a little issue.

The room was neat and clean with all necessities provided. the lounge and bar area had a modern design and an industrial style. the breakfast service included great options. I found it very satisfying.
the soundproofing could be improved because i could hear other guests in the corridor.

Check-in was fast. I found the staff to be attentive and ready to assist. The room had tea and coffee, which I liked. Breakfast had a good selection of food and drink.
The air conditioning in my room was not working correctly. It was very hot. This made it difficult to sleep. I reported this at checkout.

The hotel is very close to the city center. It is just next to Grey Street. I could easily walk to Eldon Square for shopping. Many bars and restaurants were only a short walk away.

tiny room paper cup
the staff was friendly.
I did not like the room we got. It was on the top floor and had a good view, but the room was tiny. it only included one paper cup each and no glasses for water.
