i found the staff to be very friendly and helpful . they accommodated my request for a late check-out without any issues. the room was clean and adequately prepared with necessary amenities.

friendly staff easy parking
The staff was really friendly and cute. Easy parking made arrival stress-free, I appreciated that! The TV had multiple channels, it actually worked, that was awesome. The bed was clean and very comfortable!

the location is unbeatable! i appreciated how close i was to the city's main attractions, everything felt so accessible. the staff were very helpful and friendly.
i did find the shared bathroom facilities a bit inconvenient at times. there were moments when i had to wait.

exposed nail insecure door
The room felt quite basic. I found a nail sticking out of the bed (it was a hazard). The room door did not feel very secure since it seemed someone had kicked it in before. I felt quite unsafe for a family stay, so we left after only four hours.
