efficient check-in helpful staff quick resolution decent selection

check-in was efficient and the staff was helpful with directions i parked in a nearby public lot i appreciated the quick resolution to a minor issue with the television remote the breakfast offered a decent selection of pastries and fruits each morning.

the elevator was a bit slow during peak hours.

the location is central, a GOOD thing for visiting local attractions. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of items. The staff was polite and helpful .

my room was facing the street and the windows did not close properly. This meant there was significant noise at NIGHT. The carpet near the entrance was wet and no one gave an explanation.

friendly reception breakfast selection central location

The reception staff were cute. I also found the breakfast selection quite excellent, with many choices. The central location made getting around easy.

The street parking was limited around the hotel.

central location street parking quiet room easy parking

the location was central to everything i wanted to see. parking was easy to find on the street nearby which was a relief. my room faced away from the street so it was quiet at night i had no disturbances at all.

The stairs leading to the entrance are steep. I found it a bit difficult with my luggage.

wide variety friendly staff clean bathroom

The breakfast was good with a wide variety of choices. Staff were very nice and I felt welcome. The room was large and clean, including a lovely bathroom.

The uneven floorboards were a bit of a concern. I hope they address this soon.

The room was cosy and had everything I needed for my nights stay. The Amore restaurant offered excellent food, the food was AMAZING!!! I loved the beer garden, it was a total oasis.
