the staff were very friendly. the hotel was very clean. the room was very spacious and had everything i needed. i was very happy with my stay and i would definitely stay again. the christmas decorations added festive cheer. parking was easy and i appreciated the ample space available.
the tv had some strange channels and i missed the regular bbc and itv options

the standard double room included tea and coffee facilities it was very sunny in the morning and the good locks on the doors provided a sense of security. the shower room was a good size too

Satisfactory Stay Near Gatwick

There was free parking available. I registered my car at reception. The staff were helpful, it was easy to access the hotel with a code, there was no need to carry keys. The location worked well, it was good to stay here after a concert in London. I found the price very affordable.
The wi-fi was poor and buffering kept occurring. It was impossible to watch a film.

My standard twin room included clean bed linen. There were also clean towels. The bed was comfortable. I slept well. I had a quiet room so there was no disturbance.

There is free parking available for all guests. Registration is needed at the reception desk. The hotel provides code access, I didn't have to carry keys. I found this system very easy.

I found the location good. I used it as an overnight stay after a concert in London. Gatwick Airport is close. It is convenient for travelers. I found the area nice and quiet.

Staff members are very helpful. They assisted me with my requests. The receptionist was really kind. She provided good service. Staff ensured a pleasant stay for everyone.
