Excellent Stay in a Charming Location

The location provides immediate access to nearby shops.. I found the staff accommodating. They stored luggage both before check-in and after check-out. The light lunch in the restaurant was also nice. I particularly enjoyed the atmosphere.

i found the room lovely with a great shower and comfortable bed. there was a good selection of teas and coffee in the room. the location was good for visiting family without having to walk through town alone at night i felt secure.
the staff had little interest in us and at times we felt we were below them. we came to the hotel for my husband's birthday and to spend time together i think they could have been more attentive.

dinner was fabulous and i highly recommend it. the quality and presentation were really good. the lounge area provided a lovely space to relax with a drink in the evenings it had such a romantic glow.

the staff helped me with my luggage, i found it thoughtful. the hotel room was well-cleaned, that was a plus. dinner was indeed delicious, i recommend it to everyone.
accessing the hotel required going through a back door, it wasn't very clearly marked.

The location was excellent. It was easy to walk to many attractions. The breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!). The staff were friendly and helpful. I found parking a short walk away and it was easy to find.
The shower gel dispenser in my room was nearly empty upon arrival, I think refills should occur daily.

The location was superb, with access to many shops. the staff was helpful and friendly, assisting with every request. the family room was also of a super quality. My kids were delighted with the space.
the car park charges a slightly lower rate if paid directly, rather than through the hotel.
