the room included sky tv i found that wonderful. usb ports were available i thought it was quite handy for charging my phone. the bedding was fresh it gave me a sense of comfort.
the bathrooms and showers were small space was tight. staff seemed pleasant but they were not very talkative. help with moving suitcases was not available i did need it.

The location is convenient for my work in clapham and norbury. Both are within easy walking distance. the staff maintained the hotel very well. They were helpful and friendly. the receptionist was cute, even when i arrived near midnight after a concert. the area felt safe, and it was about a 10-minute walk to the nearest underground station.
i noticed that the heating was quite high, making the room feel very warm throughout the night.

The room I stayed in was not great. The toilet was too small. It was hard to sit comfortably! I felt the heating was much TOO strong. The room seemed like a sauna ALL night. The soundproofing was another ISSUE. I could hear everything happening around me.

The front desk staff were kind and helpful. i loved the room. I got a great deal. i would suggest this location to others, especially for its proximity to local transit options. the cleaning was done well. The room felt new each day.

the room was clean and well equipped location was a short walk to the tube station it was direct into the city staff were friendly and helpful. i also liked the variety of cafes and restaurants nearby for meals
the single room i had was just up the stairs from reception this meant a lot of noise from guests coming and going at night and in the morning the internet signal wasn't very strong either. the bed wasn't very comfortable i had a poor night's sleep

the hotel was well signposted the staff were helpful and friendly. my room was spacious it had a standard double bed and an ensuite bathroom. i appreciated that the room was clean it was also well-decorated.
the gap for the toilet was not big enough i could not comfortably sit or stand. the heating was on full blast all night making it too hot. the soundproofing was not good and i didn't sleep very well.

there was access to a breakfast buffet daily with options including cereals pastries and fruits it was located near the lobby. coffee and tea facilities were available throughout the day in the common area . juices and water were also provided free of charge.

The location was great for visiting family nearby. It is a short walk to the station for easy access to the city center. The area felt safe, even when walking alone at night. The staff was cute and available to answer any questions.
The room I stayed in was very small. The furniture squeaked whenever i moved. A GROUND floor room would have been better.
