I found the hotel staff very helpful and friendly. They maintained a positive attitude towards me and other guests. My room was well-kept and the cleaning was much appreciated. The housekeeping team (I had a few nice chats with the ladies from Moldavia!) was friendly.
The hallway lacked lighting when I got upstairs, a bit difficult to navigate. It was a minor inconvenience, but something they could easily fix.

the staff was helpful. the room was clean and quite large. plenty of parking spaces were available. i liked the key fob system for room access, it felt secure and modern.
the radiator in the room needed some paint. this cosmetic issue did not impact my stay, but it was noticeable. a bit of attention to detail could improve the overall appearance.
