the wedding was wonderful. staff were very attentive and the food was amazing. all guests commented on the delicious food, with many considering it one of the best weddings they'd attended. the honeymoon suite was spacious, perfect for getting ready, and the staff brought up a lovely breakfast spread.
the absence of coat hangers in the room was slightly inconvenient for hanging wet clothing.

the room was clean and spacious! the bed was very comfortable, i had restful sleep. prompt room service was available, i found it very convenient. the location is also excellent, near shops and restaurants!

inconsistent staffmissing room keys
the dining room staff seemed a bit inconsistent. also, for three days, there were no room keys available! it probably wasn't any one person's fault. but it was still quite frustrating. the toilet didn't flush properly either, i reported it on day one. and nothing happened.

quiet stay close to gatwick
quiet locationcomfy bedexcellent breakfastpayment issues
i arrived very late after a flight. the location is only 15 minutes from gatwick. there were minor payment issues with the night porter at 2am, but they resolved it in the morning. i found a large comfy bed and an excellent breakfast.
the bar had poor options and the food i ordered was poorly cooked.

good parking exists at this hotel. breakfast and dinner are available and tasty. a good hairdryer is provided in the rooms along with soft, large towels. coffee and tea are also available in the room.
