check-in was easy. the BED was comfy, the room was nice and clean. Breakfast offered good options for adults. i liked the location, it was close to the thames, ideal for lovely walks. the STAFF were very friendly, always ready to help. the hotel had lots of parking spaces, very convenient indeed.

My room was quite spacious with a comfy bed and was also very clean. Plenty of space for luggage. the original windows were well-kept with an internal secondary window for soundproofing. inside the room, i found lot of sockets for charging my devices.

breakfast was included and it was good. breakfast had lot of options, particularly the english breakfast. i chose a croissant and yogurt too. the hotel also has a restaurant specializing in indian cuisine, a good place for dinner.

the hotel has a good location, close to airport heathrow. i saw a very nice lake and a bar nearby, perfect for a stroll. the hotel provided easy access to windsor, great for a day trip. there are plenty of parking spots.

the hotel offers free parking, A big plus. wifi is available. i used the taxi service arranged by the front desk to reach the airport and it all went smoothly. the staff were always accommodating when i had questions.

the car parking safe area, a real bonus. check-in was simple and efficient too. the room's temperature was perfect, it was just right for me.
the lighting was poor generally, a real problem when i was trying to shave. the bar had a very limited drink choice, a real shame. the bed frame had some stains, not ideal.
