key attractions public transportation responsive staff
The location suited me. It allowed easy access to key attractions. public transportation options were nearby and plentiful. the reception staff were genuinely helpful and responsive to my needs.
the stairs were quite narrow, a common architectural feature in older buildings though not ideal with luggage.

the reception staff was responsive i appreciate that.
the stairs were steep i found them difficult to navigate particularly with luggage the bathroom lacked proper ventilation resulting in unpleasant odors.

I received a larger room than I booked. It was quite spacious, a real bonus. The room had essential equipment. Cleanliness was acceptable.
The stairs were narrow. Climbing with luggage proved difficult.

The staff were helpful. They allowed me to leave my luggage after checkout until my flight, very convenient. Free coffee and tea are available, a nice touch.

Great Spot, Close to Everything
excellent position helpful staff clean place
The location is a strong point, really close to major attractions and public transport. There is a handy shop a short walk away too. The staff are helpful. They even upgraded my room without asking. The place felt pretty clean overall.
The stairs were steep. I had some trouble with my luggage, especially going up to the higher floors. Helping with luggage will be good.

The double room had basic furnishings and sufficient space for two people. A simple desk and chair were present. The bathroom included a shower and toilet. There was good natural light from a street-facing window.
