the room had lovely decorative details. the bed, i think, was comfortable. a cafe offered hot breakfast in the morning.
there were marks all over walls. the carpet, i believe, needed a good clean. i also saw cobwebs in the corner.

the room included a mini fridge, a real bonus i thought. coffee and tea making facilities were also available in the room, a sweet touch. essentials like an iron were provided, it was helpful for my garments.
The room was next to the kitchen extractor. There was a strong smell of oil and food!

the staff was very friendly and cute. the room was quiet. i slept soundly in the comfortable bed. it was well equipped.

this place is close to the train station. mountfitchet castle is a short walk. the hotel location is great for seeing family members. it is in the village center.

the pub downstairs has a great menu. there is outside seating and a beer garden. parking is available. the staff fixed the toilet seat quickly. dinner was AMAZING!!!

the shower was not good. i either burned or froze every time the kitchen underneath used the water tap. our door didn't lock, and the staff were not helpful.
