the staff were wonderfully cute, they provided useful information. transfers and tours were reliably arranged. the room was well-appointed and quiet. i found the airport shuttle quite handy.
the location on some online maps was slightly off.

The location is great. A five-minute walk takes you to the main bus station. staff members are lovely and care about your stay. the rooms feature beautiful decoration. It was a pleasure to stay there.
there was slight noise at times, but it wasn't a big issue.

Location is awesome. It is very close to the bus station! the staff are really friendly plus helpful. i also used their transfer service to and from the airport plus it was excellent!
the walls were a bit thin. i could hear noises from neighboring rooms.
