the steam room was large and worked very well. (i enjoyed using it after a long day). the outdoor seating was comfortable and plentiful.

The room had complimentary water, coffee, and high-quality toiletries. Every staff member was warm and helpful. They ensured we had everything we needed .
The breakfast arrived late without any prior notice. The parking area had an uneven path. I fell because of the uneven ramp at the parking lot entrance. It is very dangerous.

the location was acceptable because it was close enough to walk to the town center.
I booked the cave suite private jacuzzi & private steam room d2 for several nights. the noise made it impossible to sleep. I heard every sound from cars and people passing by until 3 am. the lack of blackout curtains also let light into the room very early.

the amenities were modern and super clean. i especially appreciated the private steam room and heated pool. dior and the rest of the staff were pretty good too. they assisted with tours and transportation. they offered great suggestions on things to do around the island.
i encountered noise issues. it was impossible to sleep because i heard all the noises of cars and people passing until 3 am. the church bells also rang very late in the evening and very early in the morning.

the breakfast was yummy and a good price considering how much food you got. it included a hot omelette, breads, sweet treats, and yogurt. the breakfast was amazing!!!

the staff provided amazing service. dior helped me get a reservation with a great sunset view. suite a2 had a private pool kept at 37 degrees. the jacuzzi gave an extra touch of relaxation.
the parking area had a slightly uneven path.

Magical Room and Excellent Service

I loved the room. It was big, with a private outdoor pool on the balcony. It offered views of the city and the church. We enjoyed sunbathing on the sun beds. The indoor steam room was a delight.
