Fantastic stay
helpful staffgood room serviceconvenient location
i found the staff so helpful. They provided good room service. I really enjoyed seeing the sunrise from the front of the hotel. The hotel's location was ideal. it was close to everything i wanted to see.

stairs inconvenienceinadequate air conditioning
carrying luggage up the stairs was quite inconvenient. the walk to the center felt longer and steeper than expected (especially in the heat) making it a bit challenging to reach restaurants and shops. also, i found the air conditioning to be inadequate during the day.

The hotel arranged a taxi to the ferry port for me. They were very helpful with suggestions and provided a map. The pool, location, and staff were all fantastic!!! It is a short walk to the busy heart of town.

The spacious and clean room featured a comfortable bed and a beautiful bathroom. I found the arrangement quite pleasing, and it contributed positively to my overall stay. Daily fresh sheets and towels were provided, a detail I definitely appreciated.

The hotel location is perfect near the bus station. It made getting around so easy for me. I walked easily to the center, and I still avoided the tourist center's busyness. The position was amazingly quiet.

The rooms had stylish decor and daily cleaning kept everything super clean! The reception operated 24/7, providing amazing service. I really enjoyed the clean pool. It was so refreshing. It was a short uphill walk to the main area, letting me escape the busy chaos quickly!

the location was decent, close to the bus station and a short walk to the town center. it was acceptable for getting around.
I found a couple of issues . the walls are thin. I could hear noise from other rooms and the hallway early in the morning. also, the breakfast selection was quite limited and not replenished regularly. i expected more variety and freshness.
