The location is great. It is only a five-minute walk to town. The staff was helpful. Maria provided recommendations for local restaurants. My room had a lovely patio.

the front desk staff was really good i found them always ready to assist with any request i had. the hotel was very clean and maintained a calm atmosphere and the location in the heart of the city was quite convenient i would definitely consider staying here again.
the bathroom size was a significant drawback it felt small and difficult to use comfortably. i found it almost impossible to take a shower without water splashing everywhere .

the hotel provided coffee, tea, and a kettle in the room which was nice for making hot drinks anytime. the pool area was well-kept and offered a relaxing space during the day it seemed to be a great spot to unwind.

the staff was friendly and helpful they provided a map and bus timetable , made exploring santorini easy. they assisted with restaurant bookings which was a great help after a long day of sightseeing i found the service prompt.

the fridge was stocked with water bottles which was a thoughtful touch and very useful upon arrival. i did not dine in but there was coffee and tea available which was convenient for a quick refreshment before heading out i liked that.

the hotel had easy access to the main part of town and it was a short walk to the bus stop. it was close enough to everything i needed but remained quiet and peaceful at night there was a market very close.

the location is central near shops and restaurants. it was a short walk to the bus stop. the room had a fridge which was very useful.
the bathroom was quite small and inconvenient. the shower curtain stuck to me while showering. the walls were thin so i could hear noises from other rooms.
