The staff was helpful and friendly . I really appreciated the warm welcome upon arrival and the convenient short walk to the town center. The breakfast provided was delicious, a great start to each day.
The pillows were not very comfortable . I struggled to get a good night's sleep because of it.

The staff offered maps of the island and helpful tips for exploring. They were also very flexible with check-in, accommodating late arrivals due to ferry delays. Communication was excellent from beginning to end.

The hotel is a short walk to bars and restaurants. Accessing the caldera coastline on foot was easy, a great benefit. The location provided both quietness and convenience.

My room was cleaned daily. I really appreciated that. The room was also spacious with sufficient outside space. It felt great coming back to a tidy and refreshed room each afternoon.

A buffet breakfast was available daily, and it offered a wide variety. The selection of shots at the bar was also amazing, I enjoyed trying them! The breakfast was a convenient way to start the day.

The staff was very helpful . I asked them to book an excursion and they provided great recommendations (I ended up loving the boat tour!). The breakfast buffet included a variety of options each day.
The clear shower screen lacked privacy (especially when traveling with a friend!). The pillows were not very comfortable for sleeping.

the staff was very attentive. breakfast offered a large variety of choices. the rooms are clean and housekeeping service is available daily. hot tub maintenance was also provided each day.
the shower screen was clear, this was not ideal for privacy. the pillows were not comfortable. the hotel did not provide enough privacy in the hot tub because it was in a shared area with other rooms.

The breakfast options seemed limited, especially regarding vegetables. Hot and cold foods were left uncovered (an issue with flies!). The duvet lacked a cover, a basic hygiene standard. The curtain rail detached and fell on my head when I was closing it.

amazing staynice trip
Christos and margarita. They were really nice. they were very accommodating. we will definitely stay there again on future trips. thank you team, everything was perfect.
i wasn't very fussed with the clear shower screen as we were sharing three single people, this isn't very good for privacy.

The location is GREAT, a short walk into town makes it convenient. A buffet breakfast MADE our mornings easier. Reception staff were EXTREMELY helpful with directions. The hotel WAS beautiful and well-kept.
