the staff were helpful. graham specifically helped me find a hairdryer, i really appreciated that. residents also get 10% off all food and drink purchased.
the room was above a pub. i expected noise, so it wasn't a surprise. the shower was dirty, the glass doors and tiles had not been cleaned properly, this was concerning.
