superb stay near fira center

i found the hotel very close to the bus station. it made travel around the island simple. the pool area included comfortable sunbeds. alex provided really good assistance at check-in, sharing island insights and answering questions, i was very grateful for that. breakfast presented varied options, with eggs, bacon, pastries, yogurt, and fruit.
The hotel being close to a busy road did present some noise. it sometimes affected sleep quality despite the double glazing. This was a little tough

Wonderful stay near Fira's heart

The hotel is in a fantastic location near the bus station. I found it easy to walk to local cafes and the supermarket (it was a short walk). Staff members gave helpful information. The pool was calm. I enjoyed relaxing there.
The breakfast selection was basic.

The swimming pool is well maintained. It provided a refreshing escape from the heat. Sun loungers near the pool was comfortable. I noticed that the hotel provided clean towels daily for use at the pool.

The hotel benefits from its proximity to the bus station. This simplifies island exploration. I could easily walk to restaurants and shops in the immediate area (it was quite convenient). The short walk to the center was very nice.

The staff are very attentive and ready to assist with any questions or requests. They offered useful tips about the island (this improved my trip a lot). I greatly appreciated their friendly approach.

one day, our room was not cleaned and we did not receive fresh towels. the noise from the nearby road was constant. sleeping was difficult despite the double glazing.

the location is convenient, just a few minutes walk to the bus terminal. the staff was helpful with directions! breakfast offered a sufficient variety of choices. the swimming pool provided a good option for relaxation.
The room faced a rather busy street. Street noise was noticeable. the bathroom lacked potable water, inconvenient. daily room cleaning was skipped one day, and towels were not changed.
