the breakfast offered a nice selection, including champagne. the host, bangin salih, was very friendly and helpful, even assisting with an earlier check-in. overall, the service was excellent.
the walls seemed thin, so i could hear noises from other rooms. also, there was no phone available in the room for contacting the front desk for requests like water.

The staff were wonderful and helpful. They helped in every way possible. I had some cocktails out on the patio one evening. The location was beautiful.
The room was large enough for a small sofa. It lacked two comfy chairs and a low table. I was surprised that there was no fridge! Kettle and coffee maker and a safe were also missing.

The room was spacious and clean. I appreciated the coffee machine and tea bags provided. Daily replenishment of still and sparkling water was a nice touch (I love sparkling water!). The staff was friendly and helpful.
The hotel is located on a steep hill, which can be challenging with heavy luggage.

The hotel has a beautifully furnished lounge. The bar area is reminiscent of another era. I found the lobby quite nice.

Breakfast offered a good selection. I especially liked the breakfast. It included some good options. They provided enough food, crockery, etc as needed.

The reception staff was very kind. Staff seemed a little stretched at times, especially at breakfast. Free bus tickets are provided after check-in.
