This reduced wait times, particularly during peak hours. The breakfast options were diverse and satisfying. I also appreciate the proximity to shops and restaurants. The room maintenance was quite good.
The Wi-Fi was not consistent . It made communication difficult sometimes.

the hotel location is acceptable, near the haram.
The twin room was smaller than advertised. It felt congested. there was almost no ventilation, and the windows were sealed shut. the air quality was not good, probably due to unserviced ac vents. the female prayer room had a strong, unpleasant smell maybe from the lack of ventilation and cleaning.
