the staff were friendly and helpful! i got checked into a room on the top floor. the view of the city was nice. the location is near the bus station and royal armouries museum.

missing kettle noisy plumbing

The room lacked some expected items. there was no kettle. the towels were quite large making them awkward for hand drying. the plumbing made noise as i could hear other people flushing toilets.
