the hotel was clean, modern, and simple! the size of the compact room didn't bother me at all. it was really nice for the size. everything was smooth and well-kept, what i look for!

the coffee machine dispensed only hot water, it ate the espresso capsule.

the staff assisted with getting cabs, i noticed. reception responds quickly, even via whatsapp. the app controls were interesting to use, everything was efficient and easy to manage .

the location is good near quieter bars and restaurants. the staff were great and provided complimentary water. the beds felt comfy.

the bedroom size was disappointing and so was the bathroom layout. the shower was more of a wet room. the shower was over the toilet so everything became wet. this included the toilet sink and toilet paper.

the self check-in process was easy. the room temperature was adjustable via an app (very convenient!). i found the bed super comfy and the shower room modern. i appreciated the helpful staff .

my room had very little storage. there were only two small hooks on the wall and no place to hang wet towels in the bathroom. i found it inconvenient to have no dedicated space for my belongings.

the hotel's location proved ideal, placing me near lovely restaurants and cafés. a pizza restaurant sits just across the street. there is an indian restaurant around the corner in an english pub. i easily found delicious pastries at a café across the road.

the staff members were solicitous when i needed to receive a package before my arrival. towels were renewed daily (a definite plus). i was given a free room upgrade, a nice touch that added to the positive impression.

The location is great for shopping and exploring the jewellery quarter.. I appreciate the ability to control the room temperature using my phone. Renewed towels were available daily.

The room lacked storage space, with only two small hooks. There was no hook to hang wet towels in the bathroom. The absence of a bath mat and the carpet right outside the bathroom were also issues.

The staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful. This. The room was spotlessly clean and very modern. Checking in was easy with no stress about keys, I used my mobile phone (pretty cool!).

The room was smaller than expected, but it was manageable for one person.
