i found the location good, with walking links. a tram stop was right outside, that was useful. the building have many areas and the staff being helpful was charming.
the family room had only four chairs for five people. the towels were a bit small also. these things impacted my stay quality somewhat

A sauna , steam room, and jacuzzi were all available. The hotel allowed us to check in early with our bags. I appreciated the quick and easy check-in process.
Checkout took an unexpected twenty minutes.

Staff facilitated requests effectively. I observed quick and easy check-in service despite a queue. Security personnel were very kind and helpful to all guests.

The pool area and gym was to be well maintained. A sauna , a steam room , and a jacuzzi were operational. There was plenty to keep children occupied on the premises.

The hotel is located right next to the sea. While it is a bit of a walk into the town center without a car , the location is accessible. The hotel also looks like a castle.

dirty matpoor signage
The room was not up to standard. the bathroom cleanliness was a concern. The anti slip mat in the bath was disgustingly dirty. litter was present throughout the hotel, including corridors and the reception area. i also noticed broken items and poor signage.
