central location clean room helpful staff

I found the location very central for exploring. The room offered a clean and tidy space. I appreciated the staff's helpfulness . The breakfast was GREAT (especially the pastries!).

great location useful ironing board quick staff thin mattress poor sleep thin walls

the location was great. the room had an iron and ironing board, useful for my clothes. the staff were quick to address a disturbance i saw outside (someone was causing issues).

i found the bed rather uncomfortable, it had a thin mattress with a foam topper. this resulted in a poor night's sleep, leaving me with aches. the walls felt quite thin, and noise was easily audible (it was distracting).

the location was acceptable for exploring the city.

the air conditioning system was VERY NOISY. it took a considerable amount of time to actually warm the room. the discomfort impacted my ability to rest and relax. i would not book again.

the location was unbeatable. i found it easy to access all major attractions. the room included black out curtains, a nice addition. i also appreciated the luggage storage facilities available (helped me a lot). the reception staff were friendly .

The room i occupied had a bit of noise, stemming from corridor activity. It was noticeable.

the room was clean. the shower was nice.
