i loved the easy access from train station by bus. the free ferry to canary wharf was really useful. breakfast had so much options, especially the muffins.

a serviceable stay with some drawbacks

sticky tabletopoutdated design

the room i stayed in was not up to par i noticed a distinct lack of cleanliness the bathroom door had grime and the tabletop felt sticky additionally the room's design seemed outdated i found only one thin duvet without a top sheet i really do not like the feather pillows either. there was a socket issue too with the kettle cord unable to reach it from the table

i stayed here recently and wow, the boat service was such a fun bonus, it goes to canary wharf. the location rocks, its great i found out. the breakfast had many options and was totally tasty i tell you.

the elevators were super tiny i think. fitting my family with luggage was a squeeze each time you know.

the staff was totally helpful and friendly. check-in was fast. requests were handled fast i saw. the team always greats with a smile. awesome!

the hotel had a fitness center open early and closing late, providing flexibility. the gym includes treadmills plus weights, so it was amazing. the free wifi worked good everywhere in the building.
