i found the staff to be lovely and helpful . the lady working in the bar and at breakfast was especially nice. the room itself was a great size and had air conditioning (a big plus!).

the wooden bed frame creaked quite a bit when i sat on it. it also. i think the mattress may need replacing.

the room did not have aircon which i needed to set my own temperature the reception staff were just ok nothing special the evening staff at the restaurant were better

The staff were very polite and cute. the room was quite large with lovely seaside views. i upgraded to a balcony and i found it great! the bed was comfortable. I slept well.

The room needed deeper cleaning. i found a half-drank wine behind the curtain. the air conditioning did not work. The room was too stuffy.

I must say, the elevator situation was like a ride at the local amusement park. it juddered and shook so violently i thought i would get stuck between floors. also, the room service was apparently a mythical creature. i was told repeatedly they had a staff shortage. It looked they were short on everything but excuses.
