The staff were very polite and cute. the room was quite large with lovely seaside views. i upgraded to a balcony and i found it great! the bed was comfortable. I slept well.
The room needed deeper cleaning. i found a half-drank wine behind the curtain. the air conditioning did not work. The room was too stuffy.

it juddered and shook so violently i thought i would get stuck between floors. also, the room service was apparently a mythical creature. i was told repeatedly they had a staff shortage. It was they were short on everything but excuses.

The room looked old and tired. The carpet had many stains. The sealant in the bathroom looked grotty, and there was hair stuck in it.
