I appreciated the well-equipped rooms with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful throughout my visit. I liked the good food available in the pub downstairs. It added much value to my stay here.
The carpet in my room looked quite stained in certain spots, which slightly detracted from the overall experience. It was noticeable and I think it could benefit from a deep clean or replacement.

friendly atmospheredirty bathroom floor
the staff are friendly in the pub, and people play quiz games. it adds a nice touch to my stay.
the room i booked appear unclean. i don't think the floor was hoovered for weeks and the bathroom floor was dirty. i found no soap in the dispenser on the sink.

the location near wimbledon park was acceptable it allowed easy access to transport links.
the carpet was heavily soiled in places i found this disappointing the bathroom floor also lacked cleanliness the absence of an electric point near the desk made it unusable for work purposes.

The bathroom featured a large walk-in shower. It was amazing!!! the pub's proximity to the underground station made getting around easy. anna, our host, was very nice. I liked that. we even received a discount on food and drinks at the bar. that's cool!!!
The heating wasn't working, and the window by the bed lacked a blind. A light shone all night, affecting my sleep.

the room was much larger than i expected in this city the beds were comfortable tea coffee and biscuits were restocked daily fresh towels were available the staff were helpful they accommodated unusual circumstances related to medical issues allowing me to extend my stay day by day
the carpet in my room had some stains in certain areas i also noticed the bathroom floor could have used more cleaning

the staff were friendly and helpful the room was clean i could not have asked for better the shower was also excellent providing good water pressure and consistent temperature
the room needed a refresh it felt normal standards let it down the blind in the bathroom was broken and hanging off it was also difficult to close the door properly when leaving the door handle was broken
