the location allowed convenient access to both heathrow airport and the city center due to nearby tube stations. i found the receptionist helpful. i appreciated the option to store my luggage at the reception after checkout. the daily cleaning service was a nice benefit.
i noticed the shower had very little power. this made washing and rinsing long hair difficult. also, the tv included only itv. this was disappointing as i like to have it on at night.

The hotel features a pub and bar on the ground floor. friendly, helpful staff served dinner and breakfast. the food was quite tasty, i must say. I found it delicious. the service was quick and efficient.

The room felt secure. it included everything needed for a restful stay. the bed was comfortable, boasting crisp linen and fluffy pillows. an honesty bar in the bedroom offered reasonably priced options. It was convenient.

the room was large and clean. i liked the pub on the ground floor. the full english breakfast i had was the best i have ever eat.
the room itself was small so it was difficult to move. the television in the room didn't work initially. the wifi was virtually useless .

the room decor felt well appointed! the bathroom was lovely. the hotel proved quiet, and i especially appreciated its location a short walk from hammersmith apollo.
Some aspects of the room felt a little tired. For example, the bedside lights showed some wear.

The room had a personable and cosy feel. It resembled a soft nest..
The pub closed quite early. It was just after 10.30pm. i was disappointed staff refused to serve us at that time. the downstairs cocktail bar was also closed due to a private party. this meant we were forced to end our night prematurely. It was a real letdown.

the room was a good size, very clean, and nicely decorated. the tube station was only a short walk away. staff were helpful and friendly.
The tv didn't work. I thought it should have been checked before i arrived. i had a twin room. The bed frame hit my head when i sat up. the pub closes at 10pm. It was quiet early.
