The check in was easy and the staff were pleasant enough. the room had everything i needed. Very clean.
The air conditioning unit right outside my window was very loud. the bathroom seemed like it had not been cleaned properly. There was hair on the floor. also, the shower was not draining properly, a bit gross

The breakfast was very good. i had a full english breakfast daily. the pub itself has good beer and excellent food. I recommend it! you can also try the mackerel and chicken schnitzel. It tasted so good.

Wimbledon village is fabulous! wimbledon station is a short walk away. the hotel is in a good, quiet area, close to many shops and restaurants. I liked that the most.

The reception staff are cute and helpful. restaurant staff members were attentive during meals. the housekeeper kept the room clean and well-prepared. I appreciated their work. i enjoyed the ambience. It was quiet, efficient, and calm.
The television was not working. I did not report it because it was a minor issue.

i found the staff very friendly and they helped with the food selection. the rooms had a nice decoration and a great desk was in the room. the restaurant was very good and the room was spacious.
the bathroom had a unbearable bad smell because there was mold in the vent. we did complain but nothing was done about it. i could see the mold, so it is a serious health issue.
