the location is convenient with easy access to the metro I found local shops nearby which was helpful the staff were friendly and helpful especially alex at reception he. the tv in the room was a nice touch and the shower pressure was really good
i found the lack of immediate top-up of tea and coffee supplies slightly inconvenient i had to request them specifically

the bar downstairs had deals on food i was able to get discounts as a guest it showed all live sports which was a nice option for evening entertainment the bar offered pub grub.

alex on reception was very friendly and helpful he made me feel welcome his assistance enhanced the experience evangeline also showed dedication to service i found them deserving recognition for their commitment.

i really loved the staff, they were lovely! cristie was super helpful throughout my stay. the hotel location is fab, and it's easy to find the car park! i had some amazing drinks and food too, it was AMAZING!!!
the room felt pretty outdated. i can't imagine what's been on those carpets over the years. paint was peeling off the walls, and ceiling tiles were falling out. it definitely needs some tlc!

The location was fine with easy access to transportation.
I was required to pay a £50 deposit upon arrival. The room was cold, and the continental breakfast was disappointing. I will likely choose another place next time.

loud musichot water
i was disappointed with the noise. my room was right above the bar and i heard music late. it made it hard to fall asleep. the bathroom also had a problem. there was no hot water one night so i couldn't shower. it was a frustrating experience.

the staff was very helpful and they helped me a lot. the rooms were clean and orderly. wifi was free and worked fine. the location was central, so i could walk to many destinations without problem.
the breakfast had limited options, but was acceptable.
