I found a bus stop directly across from the accommodation. It was very convenient. Check-in was quick. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist. The room was clean. The ensuite bathroom looked very nice. The breakfast offered great choices, and the service was great.
The car parking is limited. I did manage to find a space when needed.

The on-site Indian restaurant was quite busy. Many guests seemed to enjoy it. I noticed the breakfast area included a variety of options, such as pastries, cereals, and hot items, for a satisfying start to the day. The food was AMAZING!!!

I found the staff very friendly. check-in was simple and easy. the hotel has onsite parking. I left my car details with reception. i found great value for money, especially as i booked at the last minute.
my room was okay, but a bit limited in size.

the staff was polite and helpful, so that's a plus.
The room was a letdown. It didn't match the photos i saw when i booked it.. the wallpaper was peeling, and the radiator didn't work. also, i could hear everything happening in the room above mine, which wasn't ideal.

the staff was amazingly helpful! they assured me that there were rooms available for tourists, which i appreciated very much. i was also glad that the location is great. i found osbourne road provided plenty of options and i enjoyed the short metro ride to the city centre.
The pillows and duvet felt a bit flat, but the mattress was comfortable. Still, i think that replacing the pillows will significantly increase the quality of sleep.

I thought the food from the restaurant was excellent, and i enjoyed all my meals there! breakfast had a great selection of items. The dining area was well kept and clean.

The hotel is located on osbourne road with lots of shops and restaurants. It's in a good area. it is a short walk to the metro station. This made getting around easy.

The room was great. It came with an en-suite bathroom. a rain shower, a tv, a desk and chair. coffee making facilities were provided. the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean. the air conditioning kept the room cool.

A convenient stay!

The staff at check-in were VERY helpful and polite. The hotel location is in a pleasant area. It is walking distance to the Metro station, so access to central areas is easy. The room was functional. It faced the road, but it was quiet at all times.
There were only two sockets in the room, this was not ample. The wallpaper was peeling from the walls, and the radiator did not work. I really hope I just got a bad room, room number 17.

I did not have breakfast, so I cannot comment on that meal. There is an Indian restaurant connected to the hotel that guests can access.
