the staff were so kind and helpful, always smiling and ready to assist. the room was spacious and bright, it had a great view of the surroundings. i also really appreciated the free parking available, it made things much easier.
the breakfast options were a bit limited.

the hotel has free parking both on the main street and in a private car park at the rear i found a spot easily the location is very convenient with the town center and seaside within easy walking distance breakfast was tasty and the portions were good i enjoyed the fry up. the staff were friendly.

The room was a good size (I got a Double Room). The en-suite had a large bath and a separate shower. The radiator controls were easy to use, so the room was warm.
The entrance looked a little run down.

The room was a good size. I appreciated that the room had both a bath and a shower. I was happy with the sea view from my room (it was very nice).
I also noticed the area around the hotel looked a bit run down. The garden area outside my window was quite messy and needed some work.

The location was convenient for my needs, and the hotel provided parking. I appreciated the ability to store my bicycle in my room. The staff was friendly and helpful . I found the room clean upon arrival.
My room was a bit too warm, and the window did not open enough to provide adequate ventilation.
