wow, breakfast blew me away!
huge selectioncooked breakfast
the breakfast! oh my gosh, the selection was huge! i remember teas, coffee, juices, pastries, yoghurt, cereal, fruit and toast. the cooked breakfast was great too, and i could have it exactly as i wanted!

The included breakfast offered many options. The staff was friendly and helpful. Eating in the restaurant proved an absolute pleasure. The food and service were excellent! This place will be my first choice for accommodation if I return to Newcastle.
The bathroom water temperature could be better.

the onsite restaurant provided excellent food and service i found the eating experience to be a pleasure the staff was pleasant and helpful
the room i stayed in had a slight smell of cigarette smoke despite being designated as non-smoking

Staff are very friendly and made sure I had all I needed, like extra lamps. the restaurant served authentic italian cuisine. the menu was great, portions were fabulous. the breakfast had a great range with something for everyone, especially the beautifully cooked poached eggs.
the room had a Very Slight musty smell as i entered from the car park.

the hotel is VERY dog friendly, this makes it a great place for people traveling with pets. the staff is always ready to help. it is a great hotel.

the room was clean, the bedroom and bathroom are large. the bed was beautifully made. i was able to adjust the temperature, so i was nice and warm.

The rooms offered amazing value for money.
The bathroom lacked a proper shower. It was more like a trickle. The noise was also bothersome (shouting outside late at night interrupted my sleep).
