The location was quite convenient, especially near local shops. I found the staff very friendly and helpful at all times. The room was lovely and clean, which I really liked.
The bathroom lacked a place to hang towels. They had to go on the floor. There was a strange smell of cigarette smoke in the corridor, i didn't like it. the WIFI connection wasn't great. I found it hard to work properly.

Paul greeted me with such warmth, i felt instantly at home. i had booked a single room, a cozy haven, but it turned out to be a double! there was an en suite bathroom, a lovely surprise. the little touches mattered so much. Earplugs beside the shampoo, a thoughtful gift for a light sleeper like me.
the shower, although functional, felt a tad basic, a small matter given all the loveliness surrounding it.

the color scheme was modern and pleasing. everything was clean, warm, and surprisingly quiet, especially given the blustery weather outside. facilities were abundant.

The location offered immediate access to the seafront. Just a short walk down the street. i found local pubs, charming shops, and inviting cafes just across the way. the convenience added so much to my experience. It was all so accessible.

the cafe thirteen next door provided a good breakfast option, a lovely start to each day. it had a friendly atmosphere and excellent coffee, complimenting my stay beautifully. the simple pleasure of a nearby cafe added to the convenience.

loved my seaside escape!

i loved the big room i had there. it had great facilities, everything i needed was supplied. it was warm too. the staff were amazing, and the two guys on reception when i arrived were so friendly. they even took my suitcase up for me, and would have brought it down if i'd have asked!
i was right above the pub's beer garden. it was open till around 1:30. i could smell smoke and hear chattering till then, even with the window shut i couldn't hear the tv. pillows were rock hard.

the location was fine for what i needed. it was close enough to the things i wanted to see.
The noise was a real issue. my room was right above a bar, so loud music went on until 1 am! i couldn't get to sleep until then. it was a major downside. I should've packed earplugs.

the location was great. i could easily walk to shops, restaurants, the metro, and the seafront. the library pub downstairs had a lovely atmosphere. the wednesday night quiz was great fun.
the shower was difficult to use. it was either cold or boiling hot, definitely needing updating. there was lots of noise at night from the adjoining bar and the pub across the road

the location felt very central to all the places i wanted to visit. the staff felt friendly and were really good too assist me. the room had tea and coffee facilities, which i found very convenient.
