The breakfast included good car parking.
My room faced the busy road and there was lots of noise. The window didn't close properly. The bed was too hard, and so were the pillows.

The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was warm and it included everything I needed. Free parking was a great bonus. The location allowed me to easily reach destinations I needed.

the hotel provided easy access from the south via the tyne tunnel. i found the free on-site parking very convenient. i thought the pub was friendly with good food available during the day.
i noticed some noise from the road. this was due to the room facing a junction on a main road. i could often hear traffic and emergency service sirens.

broken latch constant traffic noise
the room was reasonably clean
i found the noise to be a real problem the window in my room wouldn't close properly because the latch was broken the traffic noise from the nearby junction was constant and sirens seemed to go off regularly to make matters worse the walls were thin i could hear conversations and every time someone used the toilet in the next room it was loud

Excellent Stay Close to Everything!
large parking warm atmosphere friendly staff
I found parking easy with the large parking area. The pub downstairs had a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff were friendly. I was amazed by the cleanliness of the rooms.
the window latch didn't work properly. As a result, the room was quite noisy due to traffic from the nearby junction.

My room was modern and clean, a wonderful space. The room had all the things I needed, especially plenty of sockets and toiletries. I really slept well in a very comfortable bed.

The pub had a great atmosphere, warm and cute. It was full of character and charm. The food was excellent and the drinks selection was great. The staff members were really helpful and attentive.
