I found a very convenient location, just a short walk from Paddington Station, a true joy. The staff was wonderfully kind and always ready to assist with a beautiful smile, it warmed my heart. The cleanliness was amazing. My room was refreshed daily, a lovely touch. The streets nearby had tall trees .
The shower had a water pressure that was barely a trickle, it tested my patience.

Paddington station is only five minutes by foot, I found it wonderfully convenient. Many restaurants and bars populate the neighborhood, they offer options for dining. The area felt quiet and peaceful.

The staff provided new tea and toilet paper, it was thoughtful. They were friendly and helpful, a true delight. My room was tidied every day, they were diligent about it.

The room was clean. That was acceptable.
My room was SMALL, and the Wi-Fi NEVER worked. Complaining to the front desk did nothing, they just shrugged. It felt as if they were accustomed to that. THis.

the location was close to paddington station making it easy to get around town there were many restaurants and shops nearby i found the staff to be helpful and kind the room was serviced daily and always clean
the hairdryer in the room only worked for a short time before needing to cool down
